Please follow the below procedure to get a required Language.
1. Login to Configuration Link (192.168.0.1) with username as Admin & password as given by you.
2. Now go to Third Option [Tools] in Top Horizontal Options. (as shown in below pic.)
3. Now go to 5th down Option [Firmware] in Left sides Options. (as shown in below pic.)
4. Here we have option to upgrade Firmware & Language pack.
5. If you need to set a language other than English, you have to have Language Pack for required Language.
If Required Language is English, just remove the currently installed Language Pack. Default Language will come as English.

(a) Is after removal currently present language Pack. English will be set as default Language.
(b) Is to upgrade Firmware.
(c) Is to set Required Language Pack.
